REFUND POLICY
Return Policy:
The company has the right to refuse a returned product if if it is opened, tampered, not on its original packaging and not on resellable condition.The purchaser may return all or a part of its order within 14 days of receiving it. To return a product, the purchaser shall complete an online return form available in the "Your Product Returns" section, send the unopened product, in its original packaging along with a copy of return form to following address:
One hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price of the product sold by mirapelle is unopened and resalable and returned at the
Member ’s own cost within thirty (30) days from the order
date.

The purchaser can check the status of the return online by consulting the section "My Returns" under the heading "My Account".
For reasons of hygiene, cosmetic products (skincare products, perfumes and make-up) must be returned in their complete and original packaging, intact and in perfect condition suitable for future resale. Any product which has been opened or damaged or the original packaging of which was damaged, shall not be refunded, accepted.

You can return items to MiraPelle within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging.
Please note for legal hygiene cosmetic products can only be returned if all seals and packaging are unbroken. for hygiene reasons, must have both the hygiene strips* and 'do not remove tags' attached before returns or refunds can be considered. *Where applicable, inclusive of briefs, shape-wear and swimwear.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges (Exchanges are available in store only). For legal reasons cosmetic products can only be returned if all seals and packaging are unbroken.
